We are Tokyo - a digital agency with offices in London and Liverpool. Our client experience spans the tech, entertainment, automotive and retail industries and includes well known brands such as Google, Harrods, Cisco, Emirates, Volkswagen, BBC and adidas. Currently seeking a Client Account Manager to add to the team and opening up applications to candidates in Liverpool, London or UK-remote.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Client Account Manager to join our agency team. As a Client Account Manager at our company, your main duty will be to develop and manage digital marketing strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals. Some of their goals may include better online presence and impressions, better lead generation or more streamlined marketing and sales processes. Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty.

Client Account Manager duties and responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
  • Work with the wider team to plan and implement digital strategies for clients
  • Always work towards those goals
  • Prepare and present reports on project status for clients and internally
  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology

Job requirements

  • 2 years of working experience as a Client Account Manager at an Agency
  • Knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of JIRA would be useful
