Job description

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join the team. Working with our resource manager and production departments you will be experienced in the scoping and planning of projects, and managing end to end delivery. The role is client facing and you will be expected to oversee weekly update meetings and to produce reports on project progress (both internally and to the client), which will be managed using software such as Jira, Clickup or similar.

Who you are

You are a digital project manager with at least 2 years experience in an agency environment. You are organised, proactive and enjoy bridging the gap between internal teams and clients.


Job requirements

What you do:


  • Initiate the project - check feasibility and scope budgets, teams and resources

  • Carry out planning - this will include setting goals and objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks - in accordance with the needs of our client

  • Select, lead and motivate your project team

  • Manage the project - which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget

  • Carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project

  • Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time

  • Implement any necessary changes throughout the process

  • Report regularly to management and the client

  • Close the project - including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning for your next project
